Shipping & Handling

SullaTavola Gourmet Foods LLC is an importer, a wholesale distributor and online retailer of specialty gourmet products.

SHIPPING PERISHABLE ITEMS
To ensure that you receive all your products fresh, we ship perishable items in a foam box with ice packs. These boxes and packs are specifically designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit.
We strongly recommend that someone be available at the delivery address to sign for the package and refrigerate perishable items upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for products that spoil due to: packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In order to offer to our customers the best service we ship all orders containing perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles, frozen mushrooms) using FedEx Priority Overnight.
If you place an order containing perishable items on Friday, it will be shipped with Priority Saturday delivery. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes.


Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.


SHIPPING NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS
- We use Fedex and UPS for non-perishable items by ground or by air.
- We ship Monday ñ Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING COMBINED ORDERS
Orders that contain both perishable and non-perishable items may be shipped Priority Overnight and classified as perishable.

HANDLING FEES:
$2.50 per order
Alaska and Hawaii: a $25 fee will be added to our regular shipping prices (no ground delivery available).


Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied when you place an order with us.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by SullaTavola Gourmet Foods. Therefore, you need to contact us before you send your shipment back.

For perishable items, please call us within 24 hours of receipt of your order in order to receive refunds or exchanges. We ask that you please store the items appropriately until we arrange for the return or exchange.

Damaged non-perishable items: If your shipment arrives damaged, just call us within 5 business days (one business week) of the arrival of your order at 615-336-4500, or email us at service@sullatavola.com, and we will gladly replace each damaged product at our cost as long as each damaged product is still in their original packaging and unopened. We only ask that you provide photographs of the damaged product(s), and/or a signed document by the delivery company acknowledging the damage. Any additional shipping costs to complete your order will be incurred by SullaTavola Gourmet Foods.

If the contents of your shipment are incorrect: You may keep the products that were not ordered, and we will send a new shipment, at our costs, containing the products that were not included from the original order; or, if you prefer, we will refund your money for each ordered product that was left out of the shipment.
